Reach Out Consultancy was founded to close that gap. Based in Heliopolis, Cairo, we built a firm that delivers senior-level advisory and transformation consulting at a scale and structure that works for growing businesses. Practical, implementation-focused, and rooted in structured methodologies.

Walid brings over 25 years of experience across financial transformation, operational restructuring, and strategic advisory for businesses across Egypt, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. He founded Reach Out Consultancy after identifying a critical gap in the Egyptian market: world-class advisory practices were available to multinationals, but the SMEs that drive most employment and economic activity were left with generic advice that didn't translate to their reality. Prior to founding Reach Out, Walid held CFO and EVP roles at mid-size and large industrial and services companies, leading transformation programs that collectively saved over USD 30M in operational costs and repositioned multiple businesses for sustainable growth. His academic training in finance from Switzerland and his deep operational experience across manufacturing, distribution, and services sectors make him equally fluent in the numbers and the operations.
